Officer Roseland & MyStimulusPackage.org Terms of Service.

From here on, Officer Roseland, officerroseland.com, and MyStimulusPackage.org will be referred to as "Officer Roseland Limited".

The web user visiting our websites officerroseland.com and mystimuluspackage.org will be referred to as "The Fan"

By using the services and website provided at officerroseland.com and mystimuluspackage.org agree to the following

1) Officer Roseland refuses the right to pay "The Fan"at any given time.

2) Officer Roseland Limited reserves the right to refuse download of album "Officer Roseland - Stimulus Package" by "The Fan" at any given time, to any fan taking part in fraudulent behavior, or any "the Fan" that breaks this agreement..

3) If "The Fan"chooses "Take", Officer Roseland Limited will pay $1.00 (less any payment fees from PayPal, Inc.) to a Verified PayPal account, only if that fan downloads the album. The link that "The Fan" receives in their email address provided will track this download.. Officer Roseland Limited is reserving this payment to one email address per customer. Any abuse of this service will result in contacting the apropriate authorities and immediately terminates any binding payment options that Officer Roseland Limited has to The User.

4)If "The Fan" chooses "Take", Officer Roseland Limited will pay "The Fan" $1.00 within 90 days of "The Fan" completeting the download of "Officer Roseland - Stimulus Package".

5) If "The Fan" chooses "Give", Officer Roseland Limited will donate $1.00 to Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation. Officer Roseland Limiated reserves the right to refuse the donation on behalf of any "The Fan" taking part in fraudulent behavior, or any "The Fan" that breaks this aggreement.

6) Officer Roseland Limited cannot be held liable for any monies that may not reach "The Fan" due to technology issues.

7) "The Fan" agrees to not make illegal copies of "Officer Roseland - Stimulus Package" for any profitable use.
